| 内容記述 | 要旨 この研究では，国土交通省の「ライフスタイルの多様化と関係人口に関する懇談会」のもとで2020年7 月10日から2021年3 月30日までの間に行なわれたウェブによる調査票調査「地域との関わりについてのアンケート」の公開データを2 次分析し，関係人口などで，居住地以外の特定の地域を継続的に訪問している人が，どのような条件でその地域に移住意向をもつのかを検討した。データのもとになった調査で，特定の地域を継続的に訪問していると回答したのは37,939人であった。回答者1人につき3 つまでの地域を報告できたので，対象地域はこれよりも多く，合計で72,974件あり，これを分析の対象とした。分析には二項ロジスティック回帰分析を用いた。従属変数には，現在訪問している地域に移住する意向の有無を問う設問への回答を指定し，独立変数には，この調査で得られた他の変数から17の変数を選んで投入した。分析の結果，訪問先に移住する意向をもつのはどんな人か，またその人と地域にどんな関係があるかがある程度わかった。一言で言えば，非常に活動的で，対象地域に対して相対的に関わりの程度が大きい人ということになる。これは，再生を目指す地域が関係人口との間に期待する関係性そのものではないだろうか。とするなら，実際に移住するかどうかは別として，訪問地域に移住する意向を持つ人々が増えることは，それ自体として意味があるのではないかと考えられる。ただし，訪問先の地域区分で見ると，回答者の移住意向は，移住が最も望まれているであろう農山漁村部ではなく，市街地部，郊外部をはじめとするそれ以外の地域の方が強くなった。 |

| 内容記述 | Abstract In this study, a secondary analysis of the public data from the “Questionnaire on the Relationship with the Local Community” was conducted based on a web-based questionnaire survey conducted between July 10, 2020 and March 30, 2021 under the MLIT’s “Council on Lifestyle Diversification and the Relevant Population” and the conditions under which people who continue to visit a specific region other than their place of residence, such as one with which they have involvement, would have the intention to migrate to that region. The survey data indicate that 37,939 people regularly visited a particular region. Each respondent was able to report up to three regions, so the number of regions covered was larger. A total of 72,974 cases were included in the analysis. Binary logistic regression analysis was used. For the dependent variable, respondents were asked to answer whether they intend to migrate to the region they were currently visiting. For the independent variables, 17 variables were selected from among the other variables obtained in the questionnaire. The analysis results revealed to some extent the types of people who have the intention to migrate to the destinations they visited, and the relationships between these people and the regions. Put simply, this is someone who is extremely active and has a relatively large degree of involvement with the relevant region. This may be the exact relationship that a region aiming for revitalization expects from the relevant population. If so, then regardless of whether these people actually migrate, an increase in the number of people who have the Intention of migrating to the regions they visited may be significant in itself. However, looking at the regional classification of the visited destinations, rather than in the agricultural, mountain, and fishing village areas, where migration would be most desirable, the intention to migrate to other areas, including urban and suburban areas, was stronger among the respondents. |
