| 内容記述 | 要旨 本稿では，問題・課題解決が機能するために必要なことは何なのかに ついて，ビジネスと教育，論理と暗示，法則と実践から考察している。 考察の結果，ビジネスと教育における問題・課題解決には暗示や論理， 人間の成長という共通項があることや人間の成長には数値化できない曖 昧な部分が多いことから，実際に問題・課題解決を機能させることは容 易ではないことが明らかとなった。それでも，ビジネスと教育における 問題・課題解決を機能させるためには実践をするのが得策であり，実践 の中で暗示の生起と論理による検証を繰り返したり，法則を再構成した りすることが必要であることが明らかとなった。 そして，暗示の生起と論理による検証を繰り返す経験をし，知の再構 成をする(問題・課題解決が機能する)環境をつくることができるように することを目指し，試行錯誤をしながら実践している教職課程の授業， つまり学習者から授業者になる人を育てるための授業の特徴的な取組を 提示している。 |

| 内容記述 | Abstract This study investigates the requirements for problem and issue solving to function from the perspectives of business and education, logic and suggestion, and rules and practice. The results of the study revealed that problem and issue solving in business and education have in common suggestion, logic, human growth, and not easy to make problem/issue solving to function in practice, because human growth has many ambiguous aspects that cannot be quantified. Nevertheless, it is clear that practice is the best way to make problem and issue solving in business and education to function, and that it is necessary to repeat experience of generating suggestions and logic-based verification, and to reconstruct rules in practice. Furthermore, this study aims to foster an environment in which knowledge can be reconstructed (problems and issue solving to function) through repeated experience of generating suggestions and logic-based verification. This study also aims to present the distinctive initiatives of the teaching curriculum, which is practiced through trial and error, to nurture students from being learners to becoming instructors. |
